Hello, I have the qualification for the charter service private, but I don’t have any mission about prviate charter (employee mode). What I am mission? There is a gold icon for VIP charter but of course I need first to have the 20 private charter mission… What is the problem and how to sort it out?

Ive been looking for employee charter flight, too. I’ll look in Hawaii. Couldn’t see it anywhere. Was starting to think I needed airliner or jet rating (got airliner but not jet yet)

Anyway just started a company and there is a clear unjustified balance between companies and employees. Here with two flights you get 80000 cr and by bypassing all… as employee you will get 2000….
I have completed the mission in Hawaii, bought a Cirrus Vision, located in North America. All going well, did a few missions, paid well, then bought a Beechcraft Bonanza, located in Europe, again did a few missions. As of 31st Decembet Private Charter missions just stopped appearing on the world map.
Has anyone seen any update about them reappearing? Am contemplating selling both the Cirrus and the Bonanza, which would be frustrating.
It’s fixed now, VIP and SAR missions are back
