No default bindings for mouse

Hi,

New member here and new to sims.

I have an Xbox X series with MSFS2020 with a keyboard, mouse and VelocityOne Flight stick. I was adding/changing binding settings under the mouse control options section. Somehow all of the bindings were deleted in the default profile. I am having trouble adding them back because some require setting by input and it’s difficult to get only one x-axis moves with a click etc.
It’s really strange because when I have a custom profile and reset to default in the preset manager, it populates these into the default profile. I thought it would revert my custom profile to the default.

Is there a way to get the default mouse bindings back? I’ve tried plugging and unplugging the USB, restarting, logging out and back in, etc with no luck.

Well. Funny enough when I went to login last night there was an update that downloaded. Once done all of my mouse bindings were back.

Do you know what that update was? Was it for the sim, or for the XBox?

I don’t recall exactly but it was a mandatory update
