When using a G1000 on any aircraft, the engine info is completely blank. The sliders and tapes are all illuminated but there is no info on any of them.
I’m on the xbox series X and have asked my friend to check if his is working and his is fine. Could I have a corrupt install of the game? This engine info has never worked. Or is there some setting that I havent activated?
Do you have the Working Title G1000 NXi free “mod” installed from the Marketplace?
If you don’t, you should. The base G1000 leaves much to be desired. Working Title is now a part of the FS20 1st party team and their work will be fully incorporated into the sim as the foundation for all the Garmin’s and ultimately ATC, too.
If you do have it, try uninstalling and reinstalling and then check again.

Is it possible to uninstall the mod on the xbox x? Or will I need to uninstall the whole game? Thanks
You can just go to the Content Manager, select it and choose uninstall from there.
Since you’ve “bought” it, you’ll see it then listed in the Not Installed section.
I went to the content manager like you said and noticed that there was an update for it. So I tried that and it worked. I’m not used to having to look for updates for add ons like this being purely a console gamer. The Garmin works great now.
