at all airports, the ATC says, " no fuel truck available." I want the fuel truck to come to be more realistic, does anyone know the solution to the problem ?
It all depends on how the airport has been ābuiltā for inclusion in the sim.
In order for the fuel truck to be avaiable the developer of the airport has to specifically enable this as an option by creating a āfuel truck standā and creating a pathway that the fuel truck can follow to link it up to existing taxiways so that the fuel truck can follow a path to get to the aircraft that is requesting such a feature.
If either of these two criteria are not met then ATC will respond with āno fuel truck availableā.
At least, this is my understanding of how it all works.
Iād also look for a fuel pit and taxi to it if you donāt want to use the āfuel optionā in the toolbar.
Regards
Sometimes you need to ask 2-3 times before the ATC can send you one. But if after all that is thereās no fuel truck, then maybe the airport itself doesnāt have a fuel truck at all. In that case, thereās really nothing that you can do other than looking for the fuel box yourself and taxi yourself to that parking spot.
Otherwise, even if thereās no fuel box at all, just open the fuel menu and magically fill it up.
There is some bug, not sure if fixed since, I sent to zendesk previously, and not sure if related to some airports, I was watching calling fuel truck, it would stuck at one place then return back to where it start, never came back. Sometime it can take more time.
