I completed a flight from Kelowna (CYLW) to Vancouver (CYVR) just over an hour ago and live weather certainly seemed pretty much what I saw outside the window in Abbotsford (between the two). The weather did change somewhat along the route and the winds definitely changed: was typically around 20+kts somewhere between 180 and 280° for the whole flight. Pretty much on the nose all the way…
Checked again … weather injection only works when connecting to a vpn or what also might be when reconnecting (but using a vpn does it more faster then disconnect ethernet adapter an turn it back on) …
maybe msfs turned into a slooth when it is about to establish a connection to the servers
I want only put to attention this post because also of my experience:
On other side, inside the sim same as in previous days, 15min wait for refresh to correct state, no weather right after flight start. Can’t return to previous Game services version for test. Question is why I had installed this version at morning 4-th Febr (problem started) and not at same time as other users?
Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?

no clouds at all flying in Spain from LEBB to LEAM or from LEAM to LEBL since three days ago, and the weather must be with clouds on LEBB or LEBL at least

Why are they moving comments from a different weather problem over to this thread? This problem sounds like it is new.
Clouds not being injected after a certain time flown has been a problem for almost the past 6 months and it has just become a bug logged.
No live weather is a huge step in the wrong direction, but if these two problems are not related, I hope the clouds not being injected after a certain time flown problem isnt forgotten about.
I had 2 CTD tonight, one while launching MSFS, and the other while sitting on the ramp before my flight. On my third attempt, live weather loaded and my flight was flawless. It was snowing at my destination, and the clouds were beautiful.
My next flight went back to not having clouds, and all the snow was gone.
So if I start a flight with live weather there is nothing. If I cycle the live weather toggle on/off in the weather toolbar it seems like its syncing the wind and baro data, but that’s it. other than that, zero clouds.
If in solving this they also accidently or intentionally solve the harsh weather transitions introduced with SU7 then I’ll be very happy, silver lining etc.
Still no live weather resolution. Also a user in Greece. Metar info still on 25Jan2023. Changing server didn’t help. Could only go online if multiplayer is selected. If multiplayer not selected sim stuck in offline mode. What is going on?
I started a flight today and at first there were the correct Wind, Temp and QNH readings according to METAR but no clouds whatsoever . 15mins passed and first clouds appeared. (auto metar refresh)
The sim is showing different METARs but providing actual wind, temp and qnh data
METAR on startup was from 25th of January with no clouds reported, after refresh it was from 1st of February with some broken clouds.
So i guess the sim takes clouds from METAR readings but actual data like QNH wind,temp from a server.
This is have to do something with the AAU1 update with the working title.
Only planes from the update is have no clouds visible, but not the 3-rd party ones…
Unfortunately this had no effect on my sim, I updated the services, reset the online services in MSFS and still no clouds. I still have the METAR from the 25th of January.
