Brief description of the issue:

i do not have any autogen building. The ground show only Bing image execept for cities with photogrametry.
I haven’t used the simulator for over a year. I just did all the updates, I launched it and I had the problem.
I restarted it multiple times, restarted the computer, purged the rolling cache… nothing worked.

I tested in different places, in different countries, different continents. I have the problem everywhere.

Nothing special. Just launche the sim…

PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:

I7 32 Go RAM SSD NVidia Titan X
Nvidia driver is up to date

Build Version # when you first started experiencing this issue:

The last One 1.37.19.0. Last time I used it a year ago, I don’t know what version it was but I didn’t have this problem.

Do you, or have you used the Rolling Cache?
If so have you emptied it?

Likewise with your shader cache.
Have you emptied that lately?

Both of these could cause this.

I had tested by emptying the rolling cache, it had not changed anything.
I have just tested by emptying the shader cache (GLCache, DXCache and via the Disk CleanUp utility), but it has not changed anything.

Hi @SmotheryVase665 it happens everywhere except for cities wich have photogrammetry.
For example the first screenshot was taken in the north of Valencia (Spain). Valencia wich have photogrammetry was OK but as soon as I go out of the area with photogrammetry i no longer have any building, just a flat sat map with 3D trees.

I just tested and it doesn’t change anything.
If I don’t find it I’ll try to reinstall MSFS.

@Poroot Try without addond and delete cache.

Rename the “community” folder to “community_copy” and create a new empty “community” folder.

Delete cache

1 Start your PC in safe mode

  • Click start
    1start
  • Click power icon

  • Press and hold left SHIFT key and click restart

  • Select Troubleshoot > advanced options > startup settings > restart
  • Select 4 - Enable safe mode

2 Click start and type

Press Enter
Delete all folders

3 Click start and type

Press enter
Delete all files

4 Type

7 Click “start” and type storage settings - press enter
8 Click temporary files > scroll down > check box DirectX Shader Cache
9 scroll up > click Remove Files

10 Restart PC.

11 Launch MSFS.
Delete and turn off rolling cache.

Also update Nvidia drivers.

I finally uninstall and reinstall the sim and everything works fine !
