Brief description of the issue:
Rain is clearly visible from the cockpit looking at the glass and on the ground.
but the rain drops are not visible when in external view.
just the tiny drops on the ground.
not sure if this is intended now or not.
I think I remember seeing the rain drops before in < SU11
