Hello together,
Recently I’ve had the problem that neither AI traffic nor multiplayer appear in the simulator. I’m online via Xbox and in the flight conditions I’ve selected live players and live traffic. Under the traffic option itself I’ve selected real time online. Permanent internet connection is also selected. Can you tell me what could be wrong?

Your setup looks good. Do have any addons installed that could generate a conflict ?
Try to start in safe mode (it will disable your community and marketplace addons): once in the sim, go to your Windows Task manager and terminate msfs.exe. Restart the sim and you’ll get the safe mode option.

I’ve only installed repaints recently, no aircraft or scenarios. I just started the flight simulator in safe mode and found myself in Frankfurt or Paris with no AI or online traffic.

Also select all players instead live players.
After trying for a long time, it seems to be due to my internet connection. Although I have better access (16 to 50 Mbits), the flight simulator seems to have problems with it for me. If I switch servers back and forth in the menu above, it seems to connect after a while and live traffic and the players appear. If I don’t do that, nothing happens.
I wanted to change provider in the next few months anyway and hope that I can solve the problem that way…
