No multiplayer traffic after switching from beta testing to SU5 release

Please add the msfs-2020 or msfs-2024

I have not been able to see any multiplayer traffic on the release of SU5 1.7.27.0. I was doing beta testing for this SU and had exited from that program when the latest production update was released but I have not seen anyone else online on any server. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I have asked Gemini but it has not been helpful.

I have noticed the same (ms-store) through all servers.
I guess you could create a report in Bug Reporting Hub (using the provided template ).

Xbox X last night over KLAX using the USA East server. Zoom in to see the multiple MP on approach.

The issues I am seeing are:

• when you 1st start the sim and have “All Players” enabled, on the world map you don’t see any multiplayers aircraft pink icon (example KJFK as I guess multiplayers should be):
  
  
• then, you spawn at the airport , and yes you’ll see multiplayers:
  
  
• when going back to the world map, you’ll see some multiplayers aircraft icons but they are green (symbol for online friends and I don’t have friends connected). “Friends” is not selected in the filter, so they are multiplayers but with the wrong icon color, they should be pink:

Yesterday, when I would start the sim the ‘no players’ option would be selected by default, regardless if I change the setting to Live or All. I spent the evening trying a variety of configurations to see if this condition would change.

When I chose a departure airport (I selected CYVR and KORD) and selected display names, I would see the live traffic but no live players. I was hopeful it was a timing issue, where I just happened to be looking when no one was on, but being early on Friday evening, I thought there should be someone from the sim community online.

Today when I start d the sim, the All players was selected by default, so that was a nice start. I set up a VFR flight around my region (Metro Vancouver) and spent an hour putting around. I heard some live traffic radio chatter at a smaller regional GA airport, so again, pretty hopeful. At the conclusion of the flight and return to the free flight selection screen I finally saw the green icons of live simmers! So I’m not sure if there was a server change over night or if there weren’t any actual simmers when I was looking. I’ve been beta testing for months and it’s gotten quite lonely being isolated from the simming community, so hopefully the problem is resolved.

Thanks for taking time to respond. If I hadn’t seen the green player icons I would be taking your advice and reporting a bug.
