ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
Today, an update became available for one of my downloaded and installed packages (i.e., streamed Marketplace-purchased content that has now been downloaded and installed). If I go into My Library, indeed, it says, “Update available.” Unfortunately, though, no notification was sent to me telling me that an update was available. If I weren’t actively going into My Library, I would have missed the update.
Did you experience this issue before you joined the Beta?
No, downloads were not available on streamed content before this beta.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
I tried it twice, and it happened 2 out of 2 times.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Prerequisite: You need to download and install some streamed content in My Library and then afterwards, an update needs to be made available for that content. This happened to me with Zinertek Enhanced Airport Graphics, which just received an update today.
- Start MSFS 2024.
- Click Start, followed by the notification bell

Expected result:
A notification tells you that you have content available to install, preferably with a hyperlink or button to go to My Library (not unlike the notification you get in Content Manager in MSFS 2020 that contains a button to go to Content Manager).
Observed result:
There is no notification telling you of any updated content available for download.
