There don’t appear to be any configuration options for the Tobii Eye/Headtracking.
There is an Tobii tab on the control options page but it appears to do nothing, there don’t appear to be any controls in other menus and there’;s no entry for MSFS in Tobii Game hub so there doesn’t appear to be anywhere in game to allow people to configure Tobii to their liking.
The only option is to turn off the Track IR switch on the in-flight Camera panel and that looks to turn off all head tracking
