ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
The passanger Avatars are not showing, when loading into a gate or parking position.
When loading into the runway, the avatars are showing and you can hide and show them, when you add or delete passanger weight.
But when you lading cold and dark, it is nor working in free flight.
If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:
C172, DHC2 Beaver and all other native aircraft.

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
REPRODUCTION STEPS

- Set passengers in EFB and load into a parking position.
- Set passengers in EFB and load into the runway(ready or takeoff), then you see the avatars.
