There are no missions available in Freelancer mode in Carrer for the airline. I’ve bought the Hear Aerospace plane specifically for this and don’t see missions for it.
Just for testing, I bought the H125 as well for the same purpose and those missions pop up.

Got the same issue althoug the gold initial doesnt pop up anymore but no missions for the ES30
I was told by someone on the FB community that you need to do the VIP Charter missions in order to unlock the passenger ones…I’m not sure how that relates.
Can confirm this. Went into employee mode after purchasing Saab 340 and not seeing any missions. Completed the VIP Charter (Not initial VIP, but the higher tier version) and the Initial Passenger Airlines mission again, once done switched back to freelance and had all passenger transport missions available. Also can confirm they have the highest payout currently in game with an average base income of 600k plus your bonuses, will put you well over 1.5mil. Hope this helps and happy flying brothers!
I’m trying to do this, I’ve completed the VIP Charter mission on the 737 MAX BBJ but no missions are being generated, and I cannot find the way to do the Initial Passenger Airlines mission again, can you please let me know how to do it again?
Airline spec mission is not in California (that is a recurring gold star mission), the unlock mission is in Japan…
