Just use the pushback key binding. You don’t need to use act to pushback.

Thanks, I achieved pushback.
I can use the key binding, I can also use reverse thrust.
However, I still cannot achieve pushback via ATC, and I have no idea why.
This is because some airfields and some gates / stands don’t have a push back tug available. In these circumstances ATC will say that no tug is available.
You might find with some 3rd party airports there is a pushback tug model, but it has not be set up by the developer to respond to ATC.

I don’t use a keyboard what do you suggest I do?
Map the pushback to a button on your controller.

Never had that happen to me, but I heard an AI plane get that response. A couple minutes later, I heard that same AI plane ask for clearance to taxi and had it granted. No idea if it just gunned it and made a u-turn through the terminal, if the passengers all got out and pushed it back themselves, or what. I was about to take off at the time.
