Has anyone noticed an issue where there is no green/white rotating beacon at airports?
I have no addins other than MS downloads…

My understanding is that rotating beacons are uncommon in EU.
More common in US, Asobo’s logic for the rotating beacons (which may be partly why you dont see them) is not accurate as you have to fly within a certain radius of the airport to even see them. Normal behavior would allow you to see the beacons before the airport.
