No runway, no lights at Russian Mission (PARS) in Alaska

Brief description of the issue:

There is no runway at Russian Mission (PARS). In World Map appears with two runways, although in the FAA charts is only one (36/18). There are no MIRL, no REL lights, no PAPI, no windsock. And the beacon light appears in a wrong spot.
I don’t have any freeware or payware mesh mod of this region (ORBX, Taburet, etc).

Another point, maybe it’s related to the problem: I suffer a severe impact on the performance when approaching to this airfield even when start my flight on it. It’s strange because, there is nothing on it.
