I solved my problem, not Navigraph. In fact, you gave me a critical clue (regarding updating whilst MSFS was running, etc.). Essentially, the data file was header was probably corrupted during the update because the simulator MAY have been running. When I tried to uninstall and reinstall the update, the corrupted data file was actually never removed, even when I uninstalled Navigraph Hub as Windows only wiped the pathway, not the residual files which remained, so when I reinstalled both the program AND the updates, Windows and Navigraph accepted the residual file as the update. After realizing this being issue, I uninstalled Navigraph, manually deleted any remaining residual files. (I even deleted all registry entries related to Navigraph to be sure). Finally, I reinstalled Navigraph Hub, ran MSFS WITHOUT updating to the current Airac, loaded a flight that was created with Simbrief, and, surprise, the SID/STAR/APPROACH as well as waypoints, were no longer suppressed, I loaded a flight and the route showed up as expected. I then ran a second flight AFTER updating the Airac, and again, all was normal.
*** I reserved explaining all of this to allow Navigraph to consider my solution, investigate and validate my method, and subsequently add it to their knowledge base. (As the last thing we would want is to have is MSFS users tinkering around their files and registries and causing damage to their systems, right?) ***
