So is this a official bug?
I had them too yesterday and i doubt that LVFR Lebl could be the reason. I have no scenery addon installed, only the official world updates.
does that little fix on flightsim.to still work?

Can confirm that I am having the monoliths despite having the most recent city updates and photogrammetry ON. I used the fixed mentioned above from flightsim.to and it works!

I have strange extremely tall buildings in Barcelona harbor. I tried to remove all stuff in community folder and updated the Spain package from the content center

Barcelona Intl airport, go to runway 24R, look behind the plane
