Brief description of the issue:

Since Working Title has been able to implement a functional VNAV mode for certain FMS (and will likely do so going forward with the refresh of FMS across the board), we really need a working keymap for Toggling VNAV ON/OFF. No such keybind exists since August 2020 launch.

Check the list of all possible keybind assignments, none reference VNAV.

PC specs and/or peripheral set up if relevant:

Ryzen 5 2600, Nvidia RTX 2060 12GB, 16GB RAM, SSD

Yes, Please give us a Keybind for VNAV, I use MATRIC and cannot set the VNAV function on my autopilot because it is missing.

It would be nice to be able to map the VNAV button to a controller/auto pilot.

There should be a function for this that is able to be bound to a button or keyboard for all planes. It is such a basic AP function that it is very strange it still does not exist in 2024.

I did find it in airplane specific bindings for the C172-G1000 in FS2024. It’s called PDF AUTOPILOT VERTICAL NAVIGATION BUTTON TOGGLE. Works great bound to a keyboard key. But I can’t find it on any other plane. Not even other planes with the same PDF/ G1000.

not for the pc 12. no vnav binding possible sadly

Any solutions for this bug available? In VR is hard to click these buttons. Any workarounds?
