I enabled traffic in Career Mode, initially starting with the real time traffic setting but saw no planes, ever, anywhere. Switched to offline AI traffic and still didn’t see any traffic at all. I also haven’t heard any other aircraft in any of the center frequencies which in theory should cover quite a large area. I mainly fly in west and central Europe.
Is there actually any traffic anywhere? I have a 100 Mbps connection which, according to the official system requirements is the “ideal spec”, it should be enough.
Personally I’d prefer the live traffic but I’m not sure if that is pulling from the active playerbase or real life traffic. I doubt it’s the latter because according to flightradar24 the entirety of Europe except the Nordics should be absolutely buzzing with traffic (assuming the live traffic even works).
However, it seems I can’t use AI traffic either since the file is empty for some reason.
I do not play the game anymore, all the bugs and broken features made me quit. Most importantly I grinded for days to get a plane for passenger missions only to find out there are not any passenger missions. Career Mode is the only worthwhile reason to get MSFS2024 over 2020 and it was absolutely broken.
