I don’t know why but whenever i run my sim, my controls completely stop working. If I’m on the runway, my throttle just goes to the max and i cant control it at all. I’ve tried restarted the sim, unplugging my USB, restarting my PC and nothing works. Any ideas?
Many of us are having issues with either a yoke and/or throttle quadrant that has stopped working properly. All of my controllers work fine in X-Plane, so it’s not a hardware issue. My issues started with the addition of the Xbox app, and increased with the last major update. Coincidence? Maybe. Almost without exception, every issue I’ve had came right after a major upgrade.
yea i have no clue why. It really sucks.
So i read you unplugged your usb and rebooted, since your devices have power otherwise it wouldn’t go all the way up at once.
I would suggest te following while in sim, unplug device again than set in controller screen back to default press F11 to save. And then select the desired profile again and press F11 once more to save.
Now it should work again.
ive noticed that the custom toolbar on mine is showing everything now (its normally all off other than ATC & Camera) and everything was turned on - i did manage to get control by randomly turning the ‘Flight Assistant’ bits on and off repeatedly, but its not consistant.
thanks for that lol, i went on the toolbar and for some reason it had them all on as well. I turned them off and then i restarted the sim and it works now.
