Nose gear light on F/A-18 shines through the cockpit when gear is up

Brief description of the issue:
When flying at night with the F/A-18, I clicked my binding to enable all lights, L on keyboard by default. This made for a pretty interesting light show

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Fly at night, click the binding to enable all lights and your landing light will shine through the cockpit

I think it looks pretty cool like that with the ejection seat all lit up!

Quite the same for me, and for more I can’t retract the landing gears even with hotas (quadrant airbus add on) or by clicking inside the cockpit.
