That title is misleading. This is not a fix - it’s just a workaround that has already been described many times on this forum. Specifically, the filters still work on older drivers like 566.14 or 566.36. It’s unfortunate you didn’t mention that in your video.

Most importantly, NVIDIA drivers 566.14 and/or 566.36 don’t even support RTX 50xx series GPUs, so there’s no way this can be considered a fix.
