Hi,
I’m running 3 samsung 75” TVs at 4k resolution and 2k in MSFS.
I just noticed my side monitors are running at Ycbcr 420 and my front TV at RGB limited.
I really noticed no difference in colour between them so in MSFS does it really matter what you have set?
Thanks
RGB is the best for computers and RGB 4:4:4 will give you the most pop on screen. Anything less means your signal is being dumbed down.
Looks like i need a new HDMI converter. Using RTX3080ti front screen is using the HDMI port and side screens are using the DP. All TVs are HDMI
I can get the front screen running at 4k 60hz native resolution with RGB. but limited to ycbcr 420 on side screens.
This is the DP to HDMI I’m using on both sides

Yes, you need the 4k@120Hz version in order to get full RGB 4:4:4 for the best picture.
Ok, Will my HDMI 4k 60hz cable be fine though?
I’d recommend that you try it. If it doesn’t support the bandwidth required then you’ll just get reduced features (e.g. no RGB 4:4:4). Amazon said that the full 4k@120Hz requires a cable that supports 32.4Gbps. Pls note that the length of the cable matters also - anything over 8 ft is questionable for a copper based cable due to signal degradation.
Edit: I just purchased a couple of these hdmi cables and they are excellent and at a great price point. Got one 16.5ft long and worked great at 4k HDR@144Hz with eARC & VRR which requires 48Gbps.
