I usually have this set at 2, but wondering if 1 is preferred or what I should base this decision on. I’m on a Quest 2, 3080 9800x. Is this mostly about FPS? Jitter?
Hi, different settings of this had different effects in retrospect, but right now i find that auto setting works best. But this might be very individual. For example, i’m running 3080ti with G2 and MR. For someone running the game without MR or even on a completely different vr api like yourself the setting might have completely different effects. So the best thing you can do is try it yourself. Just make sure you’re testing with completely same conditions (settings, weather, location, etc).
Im sorry im a bit confuse with the auto setting. Do you mean use the 3d application setting because i dont see any “auto” choice for Virtual reality pre rendered frames.
this may be the nvidia suggested setting (with the nvidia symbol)
