• For me, the ATC window also complains "The electrical systems must be turned on in order to use the radio and speak to Air Traffic Control (ATC).
I have also tried the sim update beta, and then a reinstall. No change.
On the reinstall, I noticed all my settings had been retained, so if it is a setting I messed up, I dont know what it is.

Can confirm that even using NRST then selecting any Nav paid, or airfield, going to Freq, page.

Selecting any listed also only sets in the inactive slot. And all ways to switch active Freq. dose not work.

To me, at least, this seems like a pretty serious issue.

I really wonder it if hasn’t drawn more attention because it’s associated only with a “lowly” Cub rather than one of the more popular jet-liners…
Or???
But receiving only 7 votes after all of this time is kind of discouraging.

Exactly as OP describes - the XFER button on the display is non-functional when you click it.
Tested in SU1 Beta build 1.3.24.0.
