Brief description of the issue:
When loading a flight, the NXi PFD Bearing needles do not load as they were saved, but has the NAV1 needle stuck at 360. Cycling through the settings gets the right configuration but it should load correctly. This applies to our FS ACADEMY - IFR pack and the IFR NAV official tutorials.

Load VOR Navigation training lesson.
See that blue BRG1 needle is not actually pointing to the VOR, but is locked at 360.
