Occasional wheel lock or invisible wall, only in cockpit view, since updating to SU2

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
After the update to SU2, I made two flights in VR with different aircraft, both in career mode, both ferry missions, and both with a strange problem.

When taxing after landing in a SR22, moving to a parking zone marked outside of the taxiway (grass) the aircraft came to a sudden halt without hitting anything visible or any action on the brakes. It started moving again when I switched to the outside view.

When landing with the G36 I crashed 4-6 times. The landings were smooth, but on the rollout, at different moments, brakes/no brakes, with/without pedal inputs, speeds or locations on the runway, the aircraft suddenly pitched down+rolled to the right and crashed. I finally tried landing with the outside view and had no problems on the rollout, until I went back to the cockpit view to taxi and the issue reappeared moments later, almost flipping the aircraft. I taxied using the outside view without problems.

If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue:
Problem happened in both flights in career after updating to SU2, one with the Cirrus SR22 and another with the Bonanza G36.

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
No add-ons or mods are installed.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

Intermittent, with the aircraft on the ground.

If relevant, provide additional screenshots/video:

I tried to replicate the problem today, in free flight, flying at the same airport (KBXK) with the G36 and it worked perfectly. I was not in VR though.

Then I tried flying in career, VR, with a Yak-18T and had no issues also.

I also checked all controls, to see if something else could have been mapped to the brakes, but found nothing.

So the previous problems were either a fluke, a transient error or some specific condition that I’m not able to replicate.

I’ll leave the bug open for a couple of weeks to see if it happens again or if anybody else had the same issue and then I’ll close it.

The problem reappeared on my third flight of the day.

I landed at LFKP, with a DHC-2 in a career light cargo mission, and was slowly taxing to the end of the runway and bang, it just crashed, without anything in my way, without any inputs. The plane didn’t even flip or anything, there was just the sound and the message.

On my second attempt it crashed almost immediately after landing.

On my third attempt I switched to the external view and everything went just fine and I was able to complete the mission.

So weird :person_shrugging:

This video shows the exact same problem, with a TBM 930:

I had it multiple times on the same field. One right after startup and taxi. Did not record it. The other one on take off…did not record it.

And the last one i recorded. Tool a big hit in reputation sadl

Seems to be only in cockpit view as you see on the video. Right after i switch to cockpit i crash

I have an quest 3, 4090, 9800x3d setup.

Did 3 flight. All started and taxied with external camera view. 2 of them also the takeoff with external view. On third flight i was feeling bald and did a cockpit take off from asphalt runway in the UK. Just before rotation…bam…you crashed the AC. Mission planning gone, heavy damage. I have more then 100 mil on the bank but the time of planning the fp was lost…

For me its clear that in SU2 take-offs from cockpit view can give sudden AC crashes. Taking of in external view and switch to cockpit right after lift-off does the trick
