I have reported to Occupational health and safety regarding making a man pushbck a TBM with engines going and propeller turning. Ear muffs will not save him.

Sounds like he will need to go the the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 emergency room soon.
I feel bad sometimes when I forget to get the pushback before starting the engines, but am left with no choice other than ask him to give me a push as otherwise I am stuck. At least he always looks cool about assisting. I hope OH don’t insist on pushbacks before engine starts given my forgetfulness
