So I rebuilt my pc upgrading to a 12gen & 3080 but am having issues with my oculus quest.
Am getting bsod: machine timeout and quest 2 freezing. Looking at event viewer I always see the ovrservicelauncher error and sometimes even hear usb sound disconnect/reconnect. Tried airlink and virtual desktop but almost same results. Strangely enough sometimes even in bios it freezes.
Only way computer work’s perfectly is by uninstalling the oculus software.
Tried all sorts like upgrading all driver’s, bios, disable xmp, windows 10 and 11, monitoring heat etc etc.
My last option is to try another nvidia driver and not the last one. Which version do you recommend that work’s with diss ? Any other recommendation ? Last resort would be to get a reverb g2 but that is last option as already forked a lot out to upgrade the pc.
