Oculus Rift : Toolbar at 10ft

I am using the Oculus Rift, with DR400 the toolbar appear 10ft above the cockpit, I can’t reach it…

I don’ know why, I have done again all recommendation, and now almost all is fine.
Toolbar is reachable, there is no more black border. it’s flyable.
But all settings are low.
I still have when I turn may head, a few flash (like strobe) and it lags sometimes.

Yup, i get an occasional white flash, but apart from that, i am more than happy with the VR implementation.
