Oculus - VR not working. Any help?

Not sure if this is at all related but just in case, there is a known issue with Oculus and implementing VR. Can you confirm you went through these steps?

Oculus Headsets When seeing black stencils in your Oculus view: Update to the latest Beta version of the Oculus software, this should solve the issue.
