Brief description of the issue:
Off Screen Terrain Pre-Caching reverts to ‘Medium’ in graphics settings every time I restart the sim despite being set to Ultra and saved previously.

Set Off Screen Terrain Pre-Caching to High or Ultra. Save changes to settings. Exit sim. Restart sim.
