Wil a DC-3 or a C182RG be sufficient?

I don’t think the Cessna 182RG (which, incidentally, is also my favourite aircraft) or the DC-3 can reach the recommended 170 kt. But that shouldn’t be a problem. You’ll just have to fly behind…

I did a test with the default PC 12 NGX starting from FNBG and it worked perfectly then. So I’ll go for the PC12.

I’ll go for the Corvalis. The PC-12 is also a very good aircraft and definitely fast enough. :+1:

Flew a little apart from the pack again this week. Having fun trying to find interesting landmarks and features from Bing maps to make my own flight plans while not straying too far.

Only saw 3 other players in the SU5 beta today.

A nice flight once more, apart from only seeing two other participants as I’m in the Beta.

I changed aircraft, from the Corvalis to the L-39, at FNWK because I wanted to weasel around the track a bit without getting behind. I arrived early, took a break and then took off again to escort @IceManDBB into the destination.

What you’re looking at there is my attempt to slow down my Pocket Jet too close to your final approach speed, thus rapidly starting to fall off the wrong end of a handful of curves and performance envelopes, whereupon the throttle was slammed forward and the gear raised, while I maintained a highly optimistic angle of attack and verbally proclaimed something less than profound.

Should have gone around a bit earlier.

Had a nice flight last week, it was my first flight in Angola like for many fellow simmers. Tried to join the formation flying with @SparrowJLT , @HeXtHeLeGeNd318 , @Edorin5981 and @Groversaurus with some success, I was rubberbanding back and forth because I couldn’t find the right speed. Also my touch-and-go was more like a bouncing-and-go in the P-40F because I have a hard time landing with taildraggers. But my landing at our destination went quite smoothly, I was quite satisfied with that.
