It means zulu time, in other words Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). The forum should also show you the time adopted to yuor local time, or alternatively you can look up what your time difference is from GMT to know what time to join.

Of course I was on SE Asia.
I tried reloading the flight multiple times.
I tried it with live time, with a different time, with live weather, with preset weather.
I tried changing servers.
I tried to restart the sim. Multiple times.
I had some people walking or standing around on the first try, but no planes. Not on the apron, not on the taxiways, not on the runway, not in the air. Guess these people were also on live time and live weather, couse every time I reloaded the flight it was on live players and didn’t stay at all players. But these players disappeared and never were seen again
Having to reload the whole flight to change from live players to all players is stupid, by the way.
This wasn’t the first community flight I was flying in, there has never been a problem like this in 2020.

It was a great fly-in Friday, felt good to be back in the virtual sky with a bunch of fellow simmers. Shout-out to all the 2020 players, there are still plenty of us out there.
