Ah, the tradition continues – discussion of food during the Fly-In!

As a total “foodie”, I’m all in with these discussion points.

[Mod edit: please do not ping the Community Managers] could we get a bit more variety in the event used to justify the location for the community fly-ins. This is the 3rd Independence Day event in a row (Indonesia, Uruquay and now Malaysia).

I’m sure this event is important to some but a quick search will show other interesting aviation and general history events to spice things up.

The scenery is a bit repetitive too.

Looking forward to fly again with you lot after much needed holiday.
Here is the flight plan in text format (not only) for XBOX / Cloud pilots.

Ah Thank you, I will take and fly my little Cessna 172 of my beginnings :grinning:

I’m In for the Fly-In !

Can you please just advise what is the easiest way to use the attached flightplan into MSFS Cessna 172 ?
Thanks !

It might be quicker if you just supplied a list of flights you are interested in.

Not at all, I have nothing against the specific flyin. Just they need to shake up the historical events a bit.

There are plenty of other aviation/historical events they could have choose, just not another Independence Day.

Maybe I’m just not nationalist enough.

Thank you again for another great Fly-In!

The ducks were the best.

Next week…

Great event as usual, thanks everyone. This was once more in a place I had not explored before, that’s always a nice bonus.

Special thanks to Pieter for the helicopter filming at the end of the stream. (Yes, I’m biased, and shamelessly so.)

Community Fly-In Friday: Malaysia - YouTube

Meant to post these earlier but for anyone looking through the archives, I had a good time taking the Stearman through Malaysia. It was a handful but totally worth it. Phenomenal scenery and good looking weather.
