How difficult are tree LODs for Asobo? Ridiculous

I had some slight issues. What I did was close Xbox app. Go to store, click the 3 dots and click go to Xbox the update appeared

Got the update of 5.6kb in sim, had to reboot computer AND sign out/in to xbox app to get 2nd update to work. Quick download and installation. Just waiting for the sim to load now to give it a whirl.

Loaded MSFS up and I had a 10KB download
nothing else.
Nothing in MSFS Store.

restarted - and had 80mb

No refund after 14 months. EVERYTHING worked before SU5. :frowning:

It’ll work again as well! Don’t be too down and out
 obviously you’re facing some issues, but you know the sim worked on your machine, and it will again. I hope you’re back in the air soon. Good luck.

Its only meant to address night lighting and a few minor issues isn’t it? Its not meant to fix a load of bigger issues, thats coming in the sim updates

“Manage installs” in the Xbox app also offers no update:

And logging out and logging back into the Store app had no effect.

Finally restarted a second time (I had previously restarted earlier in the process) and now it’s downloading. Yay? :smiley:

As I see it, the bug regarding the tree draw distance has not been fixed. It is hard to believe, first they bring the bug with SimUpdate 5 into the game and then eliminate it with a hotfix again.
Then they manage to add it again with WU6.

Simply unbelievable.

Pretty big update for some small fixes. Thankfully SU5 has been entitely stable for me, hopefully this won’t break it!
