It’s time for another screenshot challenge! The idea is to collectively explore different parts of the world together - areas that may be very familiar to you or perhaps a new place you have never flown before. Feel free to find others to fly with to capture the challenge, or go solo!

This Week’s Challenge: World Update 21: Australia
As many of you are already aware, earlier this week we launched our latest free World Update, which focuses down under in Australia! This is our second World Update for the country, with our last being released over 4 years ago. For this week’s Screenshot Challenge send us your best snaps while exploring the new World Update. Whether it’s departing or arriving into one of the handcrafted airports, or a trip exploring some of the 40 areas of interest that have been included, let us see what you’re enjoying in World Update 21!
Rules
- Any time of day
- Any type of weather
- Code of Conduct appropriate liveries (avoid licensed airline liveries if possible)
- Default aircraft and scenery, or aircraft and scenery from the MSFS Marketplace
- Up to 10 entries (screenshots) allowed
- Avoid heavy digital editing or use of filters. Minor editing and touch-ups are allowed.
- Any images that have been altered/enhanced by AI are not permitted.
The rest is fair game! Use your creativity! We will pick the top 11 shots. 1 will be featured as the main photo of the next weekly briefing, and the other 10 will be featured in the community section.
You may also add a watermark or username to your image if you wish.
How To Submit Your Screenshot
Just post them below here in this thread, or if you’re on X you can post your photo with the #MSFSchallenge hashtag. We’ve also introduced a new way of entering via the official MSFS Discord Server. A new thread will appear each week in the “IMAGES” category, where you can also submit your entries.
Note: For the week the challenge is active, this thread is for screenshot submissions and challenge clarification only. Casual conversation about image submissions is allowed after the weekly challenge has ended. Thank you!
