i could not find that airport - but as i reported okavango-scenery is working again within my sim - without any changes from my side…
but a few airfields of that scenery have disappeared from the map (for example xigeria) - but when starting from chiefs island you can find them all
so it seems to me that there are few more issues that have to be solved…

Updating this topic as well:
Okavango was tested in Sim Update 5 previews and worked fine for our internal testing & dev team. There are some customers experiencing crashes when opening bush trips, but these affect a very small number of customers and are not the rule.
On the contrary, the MS Marketplace version of Okavango seems to hang for everyone, consistently. We submitted the update for Okavango back on July 21st (v1.1.0) but to our knowledge it has not been released yet. The issue doesn’t seem to plague the non-Marketplace customers, so we believe it has to do with running an older version and SU5’s instability. To make it even more odd, customers reported that if they load at a non-custom airport and fly into Okavango, everything works fine -one more indication that the problem doesn’t lie in the scenery itself but with the game itself -how it loads the assets.
As we don’t see why the scenery stopped working since July 27th (SU5), SimWorks Studios’ official position is to wait until World Update 6 which, per the developer updates, will include fixes for some of the hangs and CTDs that appeared after Sim Update 5.

This is due to changes in the default texture locations for the C208. We have fixed it in the latest update, but it hasn’t released on the Marketplace yet due to some issue that Microsoft are working on.

Seems like a long standing issue with Okavango scenery. I just purchased it and I have the same problem. Arriving at FBNH everything worked fine but loading a flight at the same airport at 70% loading the sim froze with the cpu in high throttling state. It took me a lot to get there in that part of Africa so I wanted it to work 
Fyi, by removing the “state” or “states” BGL’s from the scenery folder everything worked fine. No clue what these do though.
Same problem here. I’m on Xbox Series X. Bought the Okavango scenery during BF sales, but can’t start from any airport or in the sky. The sim freezes during loading.
Anyone with a positive experience with Okavango and Xbox ?
I just tried this PC had it for years and flew there in spring and its now not working, is there going to be a fix for this?
Just found this in a Google search. Orbx version. It’s hanging for me while sticking the CPU near 100%.
Ive been told by the maker one of the sim updates broke it and no idea when it will be fixed tbh im thinking of legal action over this or asking simply for a refund as it doesnt work and is still on sale which is fraud

I’m way too lazy to do anything myself but it’s definitely messed up that it’s for sale but doesn’t work. I doubt you’ll get anywhere though… Make sure you read the fine print and that there isn’t some disclaimer.
Back in my Train Simulator days the developer regularly had non-working stuff for sale. There was a lot of threats from angry people but that was years ago, and to my knowledge it still doesn’t work and is still for sale.
i did an African tour last year while it was still working and it was really really good such a shame im hoping it maybe linked to the CGL bug which is slated to be fixed in SU15 it broke seychelles package too which is also still on sale
I’ve seen in other threads you can still fly into Okavango just fine, you just can’t start from the airports. I didn’t test myself.
No i haven’t tested that i only tried to start there and i did spawn in the but the ground is covering all the objects
Anyone know if this is working yet? Suddenly got the urge to explore it, but I’m hesitant to try loading in just so I can wait 7 min for my sim to restart.

Hello felow simmers! It seems to me that the Okavango Delta scenery issue has not yet been solved. I would like to raise awerness to this problem since many people would like to enjoy the scenery but can not do it because of extensive loading times and error with the scenery/mesh.
