As the title suggests I am thinking of getting the above - So far most of my flying I do is tracked by volonta and one or two virtual airlines that I fly for. On Air sounds interesting - especially the management/logistics side of flying. If I remember back in FSX days, I used to use FSpassengers or something I don’t what is was called but really improved that immersion level.
What do you people think? Is it any worth considering? Are there any other alternatives? I also understand On Air Company automatically updates mass and balance of chosen aircraft - how does that affect complex aircraft like A2A and milviz for example that uses built in interface for mass and balance?

I’m actually soaking in it right now, 777 KATL to KSEA.
I play for a month or two, burn out (NOT the application’s fault), then resubscribe a few months later.
The ONLY downside is the subscription cost, but the per-month price goes down when you choose a longer commitment.
There is a free trial; by all means take advantage of that. But note: some aspects of the UI will be confounding; watch a video. After a few flights you’ll understand what the workflow is the way it is.
Thanks - yeah the subscription model is putting me off, I’d rather pay just once and get it done with. I’ll use trial period heavily to test it out to see how it works and what not.
Also how does Weight and balance work with complex airplanes like PMDG? As I understand On Air automatically loads weight and fuel directly into the sim?
The OnAir job will give you a total passengers + cargo weight. If you use Simbrief, you can plug in that total value in Simbrief’s total payload field (leave passengers and cargo blank). Simbrief will calculate fuel requirements.
In OnAir on the flight setup: import the SB plan, which will set the values according to the plan.
