Please add an on-screen indication of taxi speed (and speed limit) to the External View HUD. Always tough to guess the speed when taxiing, especially on a long taxiway.

Do you mean on the HUD? They aren’t likely to start inserting instruments that don’t exist into virtual cockpits - and most VCs are equipped with something that indicates groundspeed (taxi speed).
It could be something as simple as a speed number added to the corner of the screen when you have the visual options enabled, like the hold short positions and taxi ribbon. It is not realistic, true, but helpful, nevertheless. I am speaking for career mode only.
I don’t think there’s any aircraft in career mode that don’t show ground speed on an instrument.

The ones that are present are incredibly difficult to read, small and dimly lit. I don’t see an issue with making an option to turn something on or off. If you like it, turn it on, if you don’t like, don’t turn it on.
Absolutely, I think it would be valuable on the HUD for those that choose to use the HUD - just wanted to make you aware (in case you weren’t) that GS is available on most aircraft used in Career
