Hi all, since last week I am experiencing this error when launching the game on xbox store, I got PC gamepass and quite high specs 32GB ryzen 9 3070 and it worked very well in the past 2 months, no idea what’s happened to be honest, I’m getting this error: “Fatal error: Please make sure your hardware is supported by this application. Please refer to the readme file (OneCorePlatformService_Z)".
I red other posts and there was a problem with the driver but Windows and the drivers are up to date. I uninstalled it and re installed the program but no luck, any idea how to solve it?
Daft question, but perhaps BIOS needs updating?
Moved to Community Help, PC and Hardware.
Try rolling your windows back to a date prior to the incident.
You may need to do a reset of your Window’s system though.
