Online Logbooks

I see that the logbook is not editable, which makes mine full of practice flights and random stuff while I was/am learning the ropes. Given my logbook is a bit messy, I’m considering using a different online tool to keep flight logs. Preferably a free one.

I’ve done some googling and found a couple of good looking ones:

There’s also https://flightlog.io/ for airline pilots, which is not my cup of tea but the website looks very smart.

Has anyone used an online log and has any recomendations?

Cheers.

I have not tried online log books. But after finding that the free littlenavmap have a good logbook i just use that because fs2020 logbook is not working and when it is, then it is too rudimentary. - (Btw. littlenavmap is much more than a logbook)

Wait… Little Navmap has a logbook??? That’s cool! I’ve been using it a lot to plan my flights and I had no idea it included logs… thanks for the info!!

[edit] Ah, ok, I just had a look and it’s perfect for what I need. It’s a great companion app to MSFS!! Thanks @RealSei

I have also created an account on myflightbook but not sure I’ll be needing it now if I can plan and log in one app - much simpler to have stuff in one place.

I wanted to let you know we’ve released Track Log Pro – a complete in-sim tracking and logbook solution that I think you’ll really like.

Unlike other logbook tools, Track Log Pro is fully integrated into the simulator (no external software needed) and works perfectly on both PC and Xbox.

Key features: • Detailed flight tracking with full flight profile analysis • Comprehensive digital logbook with automatic entry creation • Seamless Dropbox sync across PC, Xbox, MSFS 2020, MSFS 2024 (and PlayStation 5 support coming soon) • 100% Xbox compatible – no workarounds required

You can check it out here: https://www.southoakco.com/track-log-pro

Available in the MSFS Marketplace!

Good buy but for the recording itself and not being able to see it online on the fly is kind of sad hopefully can be added in the future.
