Open XR Toolkit Where?

System, i9-11900K, 32GB Ram, RTX3090. Meta Quest2 VR. Win11, All updates & drivers. I remember trying to download OXR Toolkit a few months back but it came up with a security waning and refused to download? Trying again, but I can not even find the download anywhere? And how do I override the security warning? MSFS is OK in VR, but from what I hear on YouTube and on these forums, et, significant improvements can be made tweaking the settings with OXR Toolkit. Advice Please.

Thanks Pieter. Downloaded OXR Toolkit and installed OK. I have seen the settings for the Quest2 on this forum and on YouTube. Be able to get the best performance with VR for MSFS.
