Hi, please could you check you have uninstalled all older versions of Visual C++, then install the latest version, https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe.
I myself had this error, reinstalling all elements of the VR chain resolved the matter.
BTW what graphics card and HMD are you using.
