Optimised settings for an i7-8700 and 3080ti

Hi I am really struggling to get good quality settings with my current PC, I understand that my CPU is heavily bottlenecking my GPU but I really do not want to have to pay out for a new CPU and motherboard!
These are my current settings:

I can get around 30fps but my biggest problem is taking off and landing. Especially with landing I always get stutters around touchdown and it makes it a not very enjoyable experience.

Would love some help as I am not good with settings.

reduce most everything. TLOD will give you a hit. OLOD as well (+/- 20 will not make much a visual difference). Trees, pre caching, photogrammetry, AI all affect performance.

You’re otherwise okay. Check on the next highest settings (high end i think?) and see what happens. Also might not hurt to let us know what resolution you’re at.

In the end though, you may need a CPU upgrade anyway as that’s a 6 year old chip.
