Does Orbis hospital plane can be spotted randomly on airports across the world? Or only in hangar? Someone told me that saw it on KDCA on day, than its gone.
It’s only meant to be a model to tour in the hangar. If it was showing up parked at airports in the world that sounds like a bug to me.
