Yes, a rating &review system would help. I’m not sure if that’s already in the works or implemented.

Yeah a rating system would be good. Maybe also a couple hour refund policy or something if the plan is to allow products of this quality to make it into marketplace in first place though.

What we need is a feedback option to write some feedback about experience with the product it can help others decide. Now we are all stuck to waiting for outside reviews and see what they say with screenshots and all. Star rating doesnt just cut it.

Yeah a 5 star system makes it hard to judge whether a product is any good or not. I bet plenty of people will still buy stuff and give it 5 stars (if even rate it at all), mostly because might not notice an issue or have low standards.

Pretty much back to being super-picky of what we buy like with FSX/P3D, where is a handful of good makers, but then a market flooded with stuff that hurts your eyes to even look at. Just disapointing this is already day 1 on the in-game marketplace.

I was going to dive straight in and get orbx Leeds Bradford but definitely going to wait to see some reviews first

In the same boat, was gonna buy Orca Island but after seeing this, yeah I will be holding off on buying anything at all until I seen a bunch of reviews and not just one either.

I worry about the impact of AI aircraft at airports. I get stutters even at low ai settings so turn them off completely for smoothness. Not sure what point there’d be to buy airports that will be devoid of Traffic so will likely sit on fence in the hope that something happens that deals with my stuttering
I was also going to buy the London pack, But if this is at ultra settings then this quality is shameful. And also considering they’ve known about this project for at least a whole year, maybe even more.
Now the bar has been raised so high all it means is stuff like this sticks out like a sore thumb. I just hope we don’t receive aircraft in the same condition. We need either a quality filter from asbo or at least a review/comment section on all DLC. then the community can either boycott the bad stuffs and rushed products and also give high praise and point out the excellent products where developers take their time and effort. Cause hey after all its called a “market place”, And people should be able to openly and freely voice opinion.

EGLC London City is available P3D, X-Plane and MFS and well according to the screenshots at least the MFS version looks very good, much better than the others.
Also had a look at EGNM Leeds Bradford and oh my the quality of the screenshot is awful. Several other screenshots are of similar poor quality.
Something is not right with your system. They live streamed London City on Youtube this morning and it was spectacular. Nothing what your showing. What are your settings he had Ultra on.

X-Plane 11 - Some fantastic levels of detail you would associate with Orbx - lovely stuff.
Microsoft Flight Simulator - Some nice areas in the MFS for sure but also areas of abject quality.
Verdict - this is a complete rush job - it just appears they ran out of time, so un-Orbx like.

Maybe, just maybe, there is some issue layering the scenery on top of what MS already has. Meaning, that in XP/P3D, if they layer is not in the correct order it won’t display it. Just a thought this could be the case.
