ORBX paid scenery from marketplace not loading

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: I bought the scenery (LANDMARKS SINGAPORE CITY PACK) in MSFS 2024 Marketplace as it is listed as compatible with MSFS 2024. But the assets are not getting streamed and I still see the default MSFS 2024 scenery. Attached are screenshots showing proof I bought it, the settings are set to be streamed and I’m online but none of the assets from the scenery is streamed it is all default as the plane flew over the Singapore CBD area.

ORBX has confirmed the issue and not with them, it’s with the sim

MSFS Support has confirmed that there is an issue with the 3D meshes not being displayed correctly and the issue has been classified as a bug, if more people face this issue, they can raise the severity of the issue and get it fixed faster.

Until they fix it, I’m not spending a single cent on the marketplace on scenery that might not even work.

  1. Open Marketplace and go to my library
  2. Ensure the paid scenery is enabled
  3. Load free flight over the area, none of the buildings are loaded from the scenery pack

•No more info required , it just will not load whether streamed or installed. It is beyond belief that this item is for sale in the Marketplace when Microsoft knows it wont work. Please advise how i can receive a refund for this item!
