ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
I was flying into (OAK/KOAK). I tried to look up for the approach charts for the “PIRAT 3” approach. I couldn’t find the chart for PIRAT 3 approach, what I could find was PIRAT 2 approach. I immediately checked Navigraph and the FAA charts. I found out that the PIRAT 2 approach doesn’t exist.

No, it was not related to mods/add-ons. It was related to the source of the airport charts.
